S stock_trad3r Oct 3, 2008 #18 I dunno..I stand corrected If it did pass the dow should be at 11,000 at least. Why would it rally 1000 point two weeks ago, lose all the gains, and then not rally at all on the final passage? This is what Paulson, ben, and Bush wanted.
