At this stage if they were to charge Trump (and Turmp did not pardon himself) any good defense attorney will be able to raise a very strong reasonable doubt argument.

Mueller may have botched one more high profile case by bringing on such a biased team.

Discovery with respect to payments and contacts with Ohr, his wife fusion gps hillary comey is going to litigated right up to the supreme court.

If dershowitz is allowed to bring in a good team..... its going to be fun for years and years.

Mueller was andidiot to bring these tainted guys on to the team.

A defense attorney is going to ask for everything.
And bring up the fact that Mueller's team has a propensity to bury exonerating evidence and is highly biased against Trump.

I can't even imagine what the team will do about the dossier and what it was used for?

Mueller should have had the brains to get people not connnected to these issues if he really wanted to win.
