I think Biden is going to win NE-2. He's outperforming the congressional candidate by quite a bit who lost last election by 4 points. That means Trump will have to win 2/3 of MI, WI, and PA assuming MN and NV aren't in play.

Like Virginia where Biden is currently losing? Polls said Biden was up 12 points. That doesn't look like 12 points to me with 64% of the vote counted.

It can be called for the person losing the counted votes depending on where the missing votes are. For example, in VA if all the missing votes are in the DC area you know they're heavily Biden. Conversely, if they're in a bunch of farm towns you know that vote's going to Trump.
Most of the count is election day votes, lot of mail vote AND urban vote in Georgia and PA is yet to be processed.
One thing looks pretty certain at this point, divided government. Looks like the GOP is keeping the Senate unless these states like ME, IA, GA, and NC are missing mail in ballots.
Mail-ins are counted last in Wisconsin and Kenosha had 32k of them
