Anyone else catch that provision in the Wisconsin bill that gives the governor unilateral control and discretion to sell WI's utilities to private companies for any value he sees fit.
Rumor is Koch will or already has inked a deal for WI power & Light for $1. Interesting to see how many politicians will be hired as consultants to Koch Wisconsin.

They have both parties and the Supreme Court and a population of overfeds who will never get it back and don't even question down to the level the game is actually played at.
