It’s official: July was Earth’s hottest month on record

July 2021 has earned the unenviable distinction as the world’s hottest month ever recorded, according to new global data released today by NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information.

“In this case, first place is the worst place to be,” said NOAA Administrator Rick Spinrad, Ph.D. “July is typically the world’s warmest month of the year, but July 2021 outdid itself as the hottest July and month ever recorded. This new record adds to the disturbing and disruptive path that climate change has set for the globe.”

In addition to reducing emissions, another interesting innovation is extracting CO2 directly from our atmospheres at scale. so none of the other pollutants besides CO2 is bad anymore? lol
Well, CO2 is not a pollutant, it's an essential component of the atmosphere. The other components a few of which we call pollutants are present at very small concentration compared to CO2, and CO2 itself is only a trace component of the air. We must take concentration into account . For an interesting alternative view see physicist Nir Shaviv's work.

CO2 is bad, very bad. We must get CO2 emissions to zero, so we kill all greenery on the planet and destroy all O2 production.

Because when we kill all the trees by getting CO2 to zero, the planet will stop making oxygen. That will eventually kill all humans, which apparently is the cause of the CO2 problem.

CO2 gone? Then O2 gone. O2 gone? Then people gone.

Earth is saved for the spotted owl!

You do realize that the planet had greenery for a long time ... before we started making emissions--when our emission were zero, right?

Yes. But because we are now creating it, we must stop all of it. This includes all natural processes, like lightning-born forest fires. Nope, that is bad, because man is alive.

So not only must we get all CO2 production to zero, we must also come up with ways to pull CO2 from the air and inject it into stone. I think Bill Gates has an idea about that. We apparently must pull all CO2 from the air, because the planet is dying. Because of us.

Who on Earth is suggesting that? Q-Anon? Breitbart? FoxNews?
