If the states dont do their own exchanges then the feds will come in and do it so there will be exchanges whether the governors want them or not.I guess the feds coming in and doing it even though the governors don't want it is power

I said... if the court takes up an obamacare case... the whole act is on the table. I did not say what would happen. There are far to many variables. Also, I think Roberts will be looking for a way to correct his mistake.
