Its is time for the President to Pardon himself and others

This crap is wearing down the country and causing Trump to not focus on his agenda.

The democrats, the deep state and the media have been exposed for the world to see.
We all know Trump probably has done all sorts of questionable business deals in the past.

For instance there was a while were you could not build in New York without the Mafia.

Just hand out the hand the pardons to all.
It would stop Mueller dead in his tracks.

The only question left would be could Trump pardon himself.
The question would go to the Supreme Court and they would have to decide it after Trump was out of office.

Even Politifact... can't argue that strongly against it... see the second section below.

If a pardon was granted, what would happen to the special counsel investigation?
Gaming out what impact a pardon might have on an ongoing investigation -- in the current case, that of special counsel Robert Mueller -- depends on who and what the pardon covered.

If Trump pardoned someone who was the target of the investigation, he or she would be immunized from prosecution.

Case law indicates that "Mueller could not use the grand jury or other prosecutorial tools, such as search warrants, to investigate someone whom he cannot indict," said Ronald D. Rotunda, a law professor at Chapman University who was an investigator during Watergate and later an advisor to special prosecutor Kenneth Starr during the Clinton administration. "That would be a real abuse of the prosecutorial power."

....

Can the president pardon himself?
Even legal experts who argue that a president can’t pardon himself tend to agree that no one really knows for sure.

Perhaps the strongest argument for saying a self-pardon would be allowed is that the Constitution doesn’t explicitly prohibit it.

But there are several more circumstantial arguments that, collectively, make a strong case that a self-pardon would be impermissible, experts said.

For starters, the Constitution uses the word "grant," which ordinarily means giving to someone else, said Harold H. Bruff, an emeritus University of Colorado law professor. Going back to its English monarchical origins, a pardon has long been conceived as an act of mercy. Neither of these suggest something that can be done to oneself.

In addition, Bruff said that when the Constitution was being written, "a background value everywhere in the air was that no one should be a judge in their own cause." This notion, sometimes referred to in Latin as "nemo judex in causa sua," is a longstanding common-law principle, he said.

"People cannot prosecute, judge, or sit on juries in their own cases. Like a judge who would have to submit to the authority of another judge if he were being prosecuted, a president must seek a pardon from his successor," wrote Brian Kalt, a Michigan State University law professor who has studied pardons extensively.

Exfrauder now thinks it's an admission of an election crime by Trump if he doesn't want the Kangaroo Counsel snooping around in his business deals from ten years ago.

Logic isn't a strong point for leftards.

Yes . . . how comical is that ?
even from Jem.

I wonder what Piezoe and Stu would think.
Trump is by now probably contemplating pardoning his entire family , and himself too, in advance, as a prophylactic measure. If you ask me, this entire Russian cum Trump cum Manafort cum Flynn cum Sessions, cum Jared, cum Sater, cum Miss Universe, cum Trump Tower-soho-Florida Mansion cum WWE Wrestlemania cum Putin kumbaya business gets lovelier by the day. What wonderful material for Broadway. There is a musical inside all this loveliness yearning to burst forth; a musical that by comparison will make "Hamilton" look as boring as Roger Miller's "Big River". (What? You never heard of Big River! Well, that's why.) To me the only real question yet to be decided is who best to cast as Trump: Alec Baldwin or Rosie O'Donnell in drag. Hell, I could even see Jesse Ventura in that role as long as he was outfitted with a suitable orange wig, but his hands may be too big. That's why O'Donnell may have the edge. Of course there can be little disagreement on who is best qualified to play Jared. It is a face-lifted Tiny Tim, but sadly he's dead. R.I.P. Tiny. So that leaves no choice other than Pee wee Herman.

So rather than calling for criminals to step down and be brought to justice republicans just want pardons for them, pathetic.Jem,you have lost any moral high ground you have ever had.

Even if Trump starts pardoning it might not be over if Mueller finds Trump committed state level crimes.Prosecutors might start going after Trump and the rest of his crime family on the state level.I can definitely see CA and NY stepping up to the plate and the democrat Governors certainly won't pardon him.The court fights surrounding his pardons and the non stop media coverage around them would also derail his agenda for years.

I just can't help thinking Trump sympathizers who just a few decades ago would have crucified anyone as an outright un-American Godless commie if they'd simply uttered the word Moscow.

Now these same people offer up their slithery unconditional support to a bullying hack of a President who mocks and derides the rule of law and its institutions at every turn, praises the thug punk Putin, while at the same time denigrates the integrity of any American not acquiescent to his will or who questions anything he doesn't want questioning.

Exposing the country to foreign influence is extremely serious. Any allegations against Groper in Chief being investigated by the US Justice Dept under the direction of Capitol Hill is as valid as it gets.

Trump like any president has enormous access to political and legal resources at his disposal to repel all unfounded allegations, but chooses to lash out with full frontal assaults (one image Ivanka will never be able to unsee) on the fundamental integrity of the legal institutions, processes and highly esteemed reputations of long serving public servants.
What are trumpsters going to do. Let BLOTUS denounce every law officer and politician until he declares himself the only honest person on the planet?

How is it not demeaning to the Office for a President to start tweeting (for christ sake) about having "complete power to pardon" (himself) in seemingly trying to pre-circumvent any possible legal action against criminal activity he may know of and might have comitted.
It's like something fresh out of Pyongyang.

Quite honestly in a real world, that signals a severe smell of fish at the very least to anyone not being hypnotized by Hair Groepenfuehrer's streaming rhetoric of self-serving alternative facts.

An unchecked Presidency is a danger to the Republic.

I mean, when the hell exactly are these people ever going put aside their rigid religious political belief systems to let the process of interrogating the Russian loving Saudi Curtsy Queen proceed and put country and Constitution first.

Knock knock

"Who's there? Is it Obama, and are you here to take my guns?"

"No, it's Putin, and I'm here to take your country."

"Oh. Okay then."
