He took complete ownership of it on Jan. 20, 2009. I know that neither you nor he wants to admit to that fact, but it is the fact. However this thing goes it's on him and his followers. It ain't like he landed here from a far away galaxy one day and said, holy crap, this is a mess. He knew what it was when he picked it up and claimed to have the solution(s). We're still waiting!
 
I think this is a great idea that both liberals and conservatives can support. Liberals will see it as morally superior to actually killing our enemies, plus they like the idea of using other people's money to reward the worst elements of society. Conservatives should see that the taliban fighters will become as lazy and useless as our own underclass after a few years of welfare. Maybe expand the program to include free rap videos and plenty of basketball courts.
