When Hillary's agents purchased dirt from Russian spies it is the same as if Hillary herself did it under American law.
Hillary's lawyers and Fusion GPS and the English Spy (Steele) were her agents.

If that purchase of intel from Russian spies were a crime, Hillary would be the lead in a criminal conspiracy. You can not insulate yourself from liability for a crime by hiring someone else to do it. That would be seriously flawed public policy. Think of the implications.

If Trump hired Cohen to commit a crime, would you argue Trump is innocent because Cohen is American?

Of course not. You would be calling Trump a criminal.

If Trump lied about this under oath then he would have serious problems.
So far, we have not seen it.

1. Need evidence of this purchase, name the people who were paid, how much were they paid? No evidence for any of this.

2. As I said, there is no law against purchasing foreign goods and services for an election campaign - what's against the law is to receive DONATIONS of any type - cash or in kind.

3. There is a reason why Trump's DOJ is not investigating this angle, it's all made up including the evidence.

As for calling Trump a criminal

Trump's son met with an agent of a foreign government to discuss property stolen from American citizens and possibly even stolen property from the United States government itself, just the fact that he did not immediately inform law enforcement is criminal and will tie him in with a conspiracy charge, and his attorney is now confirming it.,

A month after this meeting, the Department of Justice informed Donald Trump and his gang that the Russians would be trying to infiltrate his campaign. None of them bothered to tell the Department of Justice about this meeting, which had just occurred. They kept it kept it a secret for over a year, until investigators discovered it. 1. As I have repeated earlier, PAYING a foreigner is not a crime, receiving a donation for purposes of an election is. Also, you have provided no evidence that Hillary or her representatives paid any Russians while acquiring the oppo - neither have you presented the evidence that they used it. Trump and his campaign went into the meeting for an in kind donation, they didn't hire a detective to look for info in Russia which would have been perfectly legal.
