If the government can kill you without a trial they certainly can lock you up for the rest of your life without one.

FBI Director Robert Mueller on Wednesday said he would have to go back and check with the Department of Justice whether Attorney General Eric Holder's "three criteria" for the targeted killing of Americans also applied to Americans inside the U.S.

Pressed by House lawmakers about a recent speech in which Holder described the legal justification for assassination, Mueller, who was attending a hearing on his agency's budget, did not say without qualification that the three criteria could not be applied inside the U.S.

That Mueller would even cogitate over the legality of assassinating Americans on US soil?!! This is it, brother. You're right. We don't have 3 years before they do away with the Constitution, and round people up. Yes, round people up. Obama specifically instructed McCain to include the indefinite detainment of citizens (no trial) provision in the NDAA. The enemy expatriation act does the same. Now this. Citizen assassination. No trial. No due process. A bullet in the fucking head while you're sitting at home, in North Dakota. So much for the Bill of Rights, eh?

All the fucking idiot apologists who spouted "no big deal" and "tinfoil hat" every time the Government rammed through another iteration of freedom destroying legislation....they can suck a dick. The clothes are totally off now. The Government intends to strip us of every right we have, dethrown the Constitution, and make themselves gods over the American People. This is *exactly* what the Founding Fathers warned us about. The War on Terror is a complete fraud. If the Government were serious about "safety and security" (what all this bullshit is about), they would have shut down the border Sept 12, 2001. But they didn't. The border is WIDE OPEN, 10 YEARS LATER. They used 911 to come after our rights. This is serious, serious shit.

This needs to be reviewed by the Supreme Court as soon as possible. It simply cannot stand.
