It's been 2 years since I turned CNBC on...Cramer was on!

Quote from Bitstream:

I heard he is managing several millions in his own private account and that he publishes his trades while they take place live in his subscription website.

Is it true?

true.

Quote from Cluseau:

The guy definitely has A.D.D. It's funny, that, i too haven't watched CNBC since 2003 and wanted to see several months ago what all the hype was with this MAD money show. Well, i tuned in and he was the usual pseudo sympathetically high fein as when he actually managed money, if you can call it that. I will admit it was when he was bullish on SHLD and it made me some coin shorting it after the runups. So, for that 30 minutes or so when i tuned in to watch him glorify a profession that some actually do take seriously i added SHLD into my trade list--out of spite of course--lol. Investing in a better screener and putting in more hours of screen time will do more for a trader then watching lollypop gumdrop. Of course, i will never know which is better(lol) because he is not in my universe. I can see how a young trader would watch his broadcast and believe it was gumdrop who helped in the process of making money. To each his own. Funny thread though.....as most about him are...it's like the comic section of ET--(fleckmeister-LOL--the guy is a walking talking cliche`).

Andy Capp and his wife beating him over the head with a frying pan is a better view for me.

{whatever will be, will be, as the french say. i should know because i am a fumbling french detective that is always at the wrong place at the wrong time but manage to outwit the opposition out of sheer stupidity and ignorance. there is a place for us all.}

Karen probably wants to beat Jim over the head some days with a frying pan.....

He is probably a nice guy and funny to be around but i think about all the damage and lost fortunes to get to that point. Is it true that his wife is a highly intellectual person and has good overall market results? Must be Alpha type to marry him.

I'd like to take a peak at the contracts he has with our government to trade and be on cable giving investment advice. He must have several offshore accounts and several aliases he operates under with whichever specialist and firms that funnel profits back to the U.S. and our government. Good deal for everyone, right?

Nonetheless at least after a long day throwing paper assets around i can see how it would be comical even refreshing to watch him work. I just wouldn't want to fish with the guy.

He's made some whammy decisions, read his book. Selling out the very guy in thestreet.com's partnership (Martin Peretz). Karen probably wanted to kill him for that and TSC. But overall, I still like the guy. His energy is.... astounding :D
