Of course it does. That's why it's so cheap. But the TN panel has no impact on trading unless your viewing angle is acute.

But at $120, it's a great deal on a good monitor.
 
Get a 20" wide for around 260; it has much better resolutions and will saves you some money in the long run for a new glasses.

Nobody claimed this monitor is the best or that others are not better....

The POINT... (1) cheap, and (2) good display for the money.
