It's all about "Fairness"....

Quote from Ricter:

Quantification alone, as in the percentages above, does not capture the qualitative aspect of 'fair'.

So words mean whatever you say they mean? Perhaps dictionaries need rewriting then?

Translation?
A Ricter Riddle. It requires deep thought and meditation to receive the answer. :D

Of course, there is the possibility it is just the ramblings of a madman.

Dictionaries are ever changing.

Anyway, my point is most easily received when you consider money obtained by crime. When discovered, no one cares that the recipient paid taxes on it, even if high taxes--the entire sum is confiscated.

What are you driving at, exactly? That wealthy people earned their money through crime, so it should be confiscated?

We, the rich, generate wealth and jobs for the poor. We should be rewarded for this by paying less tax than the poor.

The poor are lazy and deserve high taxes.

Some wealthy people have earned their money criminally, or at least unethically. If I were referring to members of congress, you might laugh and say, "oh yeah". My main point is that not all One Percenters are created equal.
