Iterative Refinement

Nah... just got lucky - there's no freaking way we gonna see B2B here.

Hey Romanus, why did you expect to see a B2B here? Is it because it would confirm an FTT at this point?

I'll call my broker and tell them to take back the profits.

I should have anticipated that this statement would draw some malcontents out of the woodwork.

Here's the addendum I omitted...

"I have no intention of responding to requests for personal information, or disabusing anyone of their closely held convictions or chosen beliefs."

Quote from Deific:

If that is true where is your blotter?

Right, without a blotter there's no validity in claiming profits. You can take it to collective2 or covestor. Otherwise, total bullshit. No one's made anything from these charts.

Holly shit, this Hershey woodoo b2b2r2b/r2r2b2r stuff just keeps cycling...

So you had a Pt3 up traverse (as noted by the blue trend lines) at EOD on 6/7/09 that presumably completed with an FTT@ 16:15 and it is followed by a FFT?

Is this how the market normally behaves?

Presumably?
Really?

Are you asking me if it's normal for a market to build a faster fractal traverse while moving between P1 and P2 of the 5 min ES level traverse?

Quote from romanus:

Something wrong with my gaussians?

I use the same coloring convention for my traverses and FFT as you do. However, since I rarely consult your charts, I have less certainty as to what your Gaussian convention is and if type of lines you used indicates a completed traverse.

Now, wouldn't it be easier and more collegial to have just answered the question instead of resorting to a snarkey response?

Regarding the area in question, I see no compelling reason to classify it as a Pt3 traverse. As such the entire construct of the area that precedes and follows it is different. I see it at most a FFT.

Apparently it matters not if I am correct or not. It is plain to see that you anticipated and caught each turn. It must have been a monster day for you. BTW, did you trade that live?

Quote from romanus:

The gaussians show WMCN.

What is WMCN?

It would be really cool if someone can make a video with live charts trading this system. If not live, then just replay the day's action. I don't see why it has not been done yet. A video is worth a gazillion words.
