Iterative Refinement

Hello all,

I am looking for posts regarding OUTSIDE bars and how to handle them.

I have used the search feature but there seems to be tons of results that dont not apply.

Anyone have the original links posted by Spyder (or anyone else) on how to handle these bars?

I am looking for references to the differences in OUTSIDE bars and IBGS bars.

Also how to determine the color of the volume associated with each of these.

Keeping context and sequence in mind of course.

OB = L < Prev L and H > Prev H.

OB color: O < C = Black, O > C = Red

IBGS color: L < Prev L and O < C = think Red, H > Prev H and O > C = think Black.

Intra-Bar Gaussian Shifts do not change the color of the bar. The acronym IBGS explains what occurs within the bar.
