"All that remains" is I'm quite sure true, but it isn't at all trivial. I'm convinced that confidence itself is the 'special sauce' this method requires - and something the conventional trader psychology books don't really address in the context of a method that isn't bound by mechanical entry and exit rules.

I wonder if it might be 'profitable' to all to start a discussion of it here?

I don't believe the attached "How-To" has been posted before - for me it really did offer a new understanding of the Jokari window, and the 'bouncing ball' of volume.... :)
