I've been away from the thread for a while as some personal matters related to a death in the family (my brother's wife) have kept me elsewhere. Peeped in tonight to look at some charts and find myself, as I've mentioned before, bewildered by the number of color codes being used to describe the "5 levels" of channel action, e.g., tape, 'fat tape', fftraverse, traverse and channel.
IMO, the easiest thing is to use Spyder's scheme, seeing as we all still like to compare our stuff to what he found for a particular day. OTOH, it's a free country so people can use whatever scheme they wish but it would really help a dufus like me, if when a trader does this, he/she says WTF their scheme is.
As always this is strictly an 'IMO' kind o' thing.
One more observation if I might. One of the B-team blockheads has elsewhere perspicaciously noted that there is no 'leader' on the IR thread. Well, that would be right and to keep it that way, all we need to do is talk with each other using a common tongue.
