See the attached snip for an example, and do not employ the use of crutches and / or additional tool sets in order to find the answers you seek. Everything needed sits right on the 5 minute ES.

Here's my version of this drill.

I shut down monitoring in the middle of that big lateral (HVS), as I got too frustrated (and it was late here). Though I thought the big picture indicated we were heading down, 'thinking' it's so doesn't supply enough confidence, and I found the volatility too much to handle well.
