So the net result is a b2b at 13:55, after the pt3 at 13:50. I would have expected the b2b to coincide with pt2 at 13:40 which I considered to be dominant.
 
... gaussians should match the channels ... but this doesn't mean that they should be "forced" to match them ... :)
... if your gaussians don't match your channels either ones (or both) are wrong ...

... that wouldn't help ... neither of us ... :)
EDIT: I was just inferring that on the last chart you posted it seemed that you drew your gaussians after you drew your channels ... and if so, it is an incorrect approach ...
