Yes, this post provides the answer. I missed it and was mistakenly looking at a different post by Avi 8 when I made comments following my original question.

The bar in question (11:45) meets the definition of Spike Bar and as such does not complete the sequence required for a Traverse.

After reviewing my chart this evening, I noticed one area which needs correcting. The lateral (on my chart) which begins at 12:35 should really begin at 13:00. The end of the Lateral remains at the same location (13:35).

(All times Eastern and [close of] ES Bars)

Would you mind commenting on why you annotated the lateral starting at 15:35.

I did not annotate it as such because it looked like a retrace to a point 3 and then pt 3 to FTT. No bars overlapping or closes lining up except that the the 1535 bar had a large range.
