Iterative Refinement

Spydertrader,
thanks for those last two charts, things continue to get clearer. I had a question regarding the chart you posted Friday.

There is a Ftt marked in Green on bar14:30 (eob), Was the signal for change at that point, the Pennant FBO?
If so, what bar provided the increasing volume to confirm the last leg of this sequence?
I believe that the increasing volume on the 14:30 bar was the result of the pennant FBO. Did the required increasing volume appear on bar 14:20 (eob)?

Thanks,
Phineas

Start with Point One several bars prior, and ask yourself, "What does the market mode tell me for each and every bar?"

Change long? Change short? Continuation long? Continuation short? In such a fashion, you'll trip right over the answer.

That exercise got me there.

Is it correct to say that market mode has not changed on the Traverse level fractal, within the lateral, because we are still moving from point 2 to point 3.
But the market mode does change within the lateral on a faster fractal. Or am i just missing your point.

Thanks,
Phineas
