Yoikks!! My son who is strikingly handsome (not from me I assure you) and isn't gay, has a very gay friend and isn't it neat that many of my generation have managed to get by that little bump in the road. Looks like that point 3 arrived and as Jack likes to say, "We have point 3" and now we look for other stuff having sat through the 2 to 3 movement.

Thanks for the advice. I am finding that getting one's hands dirty actually helps seeing the signals with better clarity, even if after the fact. Even though your response was meant for the other person in may be a different context, but I am finding 'dirty hands' approach quite illuminating.Quote from LittleMac:
Heres is a similar situation How do we know IN REAL TIME that it is not the neon green traverse as we have a dominant tape a retrace(pennant) followed by another dominant tape(both dominant tapes in royal blue) and that the Guassians are the thinner set of Guassians at the bottom as opposed to it being the neon blue traverse which corresponds to the thicker Guassians above the thinner ones.
I'm trying to stick with the bar by bar tapes way(dom, non-dom, dom) and I annotated the neon green traverse before the neon blue one could even exist.
