Why is the first bar for today (9:35 close off) red?

EDIT: Sorry, I should've tried the search function first. It seems to be because of the morning gap down?

Spyder, thanks for posting today's chart. Any particular reason why you did not annotate the 4 bars 10:45, 10:50, 10:55 and 11:00 (eob) as lat movement? Was it invalid to do so? (Circled on attached clip).
