Why would you expect the Jokari Window to do anything other than provide a signal for continuation or change?

Actually, it appears as if you are expecting the Jokari Window to tell you what the next bar is going to do, rather than, understanding that the Jokari Window provides information which allows you to make a decision on what action to take - hold or reverse. The Jokari Window does not say what the next bar will do.

I wish I could say something that would help, but I am just not that bright unfortunately.
This may or may not be correct, but try looking at those bars from a slightly different perspective.
What I am seeing, with the disclaimer that it may not be correct:
1020 eob - ibgs on increased volume, but accidently is also decreased volatility on increased volume, it signals change. You know the market is moving from pt1 to pt2, so this may be a change showing the price has arrived at pt2 and now is about to head up towards pt3.
Next bar, 1025 eob goes lower instead on decreasing volume, lateral movement in down channel, so the market is telling me it has not finished moving to pt2.
1030 eob - ibgs on increased volume, signaling change again. This may be the turn from pt2 to pt3.
1035 outside bar, but closing inside previous bar - moving laterally, change again. Then it forms SYM and price goes into the lateral movement until 1105 shows up on increased red volume, finally confirming pt3.
Does no one find it odd that after 40 some odd pages (on my browser) that no one can (or is willing) to come up with an answer?
Spydertrader, are you even entertaining tries at answering this anymore? In the past week I have done over 100 printed out drills of annoatation. If anything, I feel further away from getting. it. I was looking forward to an answer to this quiz because it seemed to fit with some of what I find impossible to understand.
Please let me know and I'll try again. I admit it's mostly guessing at this time (albeit guessing as intelligently as I am capable of).
