Iterative Refinement

drill 1 bar 3 - attached is my chart.

How many of you would of spotted the FTT in RT ? Not me. My entry would of been triggered by the BO of the lateral on inc RED PRV.

forest context - A non Dominant transverse of a long channel
Right Side of Trade - Short
Monitor (Observations)
ES - DEC RED PRV. last 2 bars are "tapey"
YM - lateral formation on dec Red PRV
Analysis ( Hypothesis ) - Expecting a pt 3 of the Red Short Channel
WMCN - 1) DEC GREEN PRV and a pt3 of Red Short Channel
2) DEC RED PRV and a lateral and a pt 3
WMNOTCOM 1) a BO of the YM lateral on INC GREEN PRV and
2) a BO of the ES on INC GREEN PRV
( REVERSE ON 1 & 2 )

Quote from forty6n2:

I'd really appreciate some feed back on my channels and gaussians.

Gaussians look pretty good, but you missed a few channels (and formations). See attached. I also recommend you use a color pallete a little easier on the eyes. Remember, you'll want to make your charts easy to 'see' in order to follow the signals provided by the market.

Both ES and SPY: incr Black volume: REVERSE LONG (reverse point: 1340-45, on BO of down tape's RTL on incr PRV)
Quote from TIKITRADER:

ESM8 Daily Chart April / 01 /2008

Point 3 up channel confirmed today.

Price has broken out of dominant down channel on increased black volume.

Based on the first 3 bars of the 5min Es yesterday, I was anticapating an M or W day. We got anything but. Is this 3 bar volume drop off not a hard and fast rule, have I missed some context issue, or just flubbed up altogether in what was presented on this subject?
