This is a 5 minute chart of ESM8.
Have not posted a 5 minute chart in a long time. I had a late start today, but had an opportunity to join up with everyone.

Annotated ES Chart 27-03-08.
The 1415 ES Bar was one-of-a-kind.
I thought there were multiple Gaussian shifts within it.
It retraced, then formed a Long Point 3, traversed, then FBO the Purple Channel, retraced, and begun a short traverse. (Whew!
).
Did others see it as a flaw?

unfortunately, most of today's annotations were done late, as I was almost entirely pulled away today due to other business concerns.

I do not think the purple channel is valid. In that situation either fanning the red down channel or rolling the channel out (attachment) where the last pt3 becomes pt1 would give a better picture.
By rolling the channel out the 14:15 bar is where I was looking for a pt2 -> pt3 of a new up channel (blue on your chart).
It looks like the purple channel just got in the way of what you knew was happening.
