Price actions around 2pm are rare. Don't worry.

I agree 100%. In the morning I felt like I couldnt find the right side if the market.

Very frustrating to say the least.

Its not the trades that didnt work but more so the frustration In not knowing where I was (retrace? DOM traverse? Oops Nope..).

Hey ericta, I do not have DOM replay. Just the replay of the YM and the ES.

I am using Sierra at the time for tick replay. I did not video this day, as I was not home to trade today.

Relax... push the chair back... zoom the charts to different sizes... look at the big picture... look at the small picture...
zoom to 5 bars only and get a different perspective...

take a walk...

I had a 3hrs lunch. It was great!

Months ago, I would have been very upset when I found myself in the wrong side of the market. But gradually, I learn to trust my "oops", reverse/exit without questions. And now I found myself in the market FOR those CHANGEs, cause those are my entries, those are my exits.
