Iterative Refinement

I know its very hard to crawl when you think everyone else is walking and running....

I did the same thing at first.....read through everything "fast" but in hindsight I would have gone much slower to let everything sink in.

Reading about the additional building blocks before I was ready caused more confusion than benefit for me.

I have re-read parts of the futures journal when questions have come up and am now reading it from start to finish as we speak.

I am on page 18 and I can tell you there is some excellent information that has given me some "aha!" moments in just these first few pages.

I drew this in real time, but realized it could have went either way. Having trouble differentiating which information would have confirmed this as being a true point 3 in an up channel, as it played out to be. Any help would be appreciated.

No increasing red volume on the YM, if I remember right there was a significant pause at the end of the down move, and then there was a YM BO around 10:33. That seemed good enough for me.

Hope that helps.

This is probably not help, but here is how I saw that area.

Also, a question of my own: Does the down channel starting at 10:15 qualify as a "chubby tape"?

Bars like 15:45 (checkout image, bar with arrow) keep on confusing me.

Generally I reverse or exit instantly here.

It's an FBO isn't it?

Also YM was not clear. ES 1 minute was not clear.

What is the correct way of thinking here?

Ivo

YM provided a crystal clear signal at exactly 15:48 PM (even earlier if using PRV). When the 15:46 Bar closed, you had Price moving in the dominant direction on decreasing Volume. What does the Jokari Window say to expect? What happened next?

Besides, aren't all those indicators telling you to hold short? :D :D

I had 15:45 as FBO too, but also what comes next still has us in an up channel as price isnt going lower on increased red. Its the EOD which sort of makes it tricky in the sense that we must wait until tomorrow and by then who knows where we open.

For me I am still seeing the up channel as in play and as I am writing this the 16:10 bar goes higher on inc blk volume so I am fanning out to the new pt 3 up.
