I apologize, but I have already deleted my annotations for the day. As such, I only have a blank chart to post.
The answer depends on which stock, and how much liquidity it has at lower and lower fractals. However, one only need drop down to the next lower fractal in order to 'see' the Intra-Bar Gaussian Shifts on the higher fractal. One must then immediately return to trade at the normal resolution level.
With respect to trading Equities at the 5 minute fractal. gooch87 used to trade equities this way, and he did quite well (I feel a sense of deja-vu with this response). Perhaps he can respond to your query (or link you to the last time he respinded to the same question.

Doing other stuff today and not annotating. The charts are up in the background, though, and I glanced up at 10:20 and caught what I thought was a change signal. Snagged 3 virtual points on the ES 10:20 bar and went back to my other duties. Sequence was 5 min. ES decreasing PRV in FTT range (rather than flaw range), YM 2 min. at 10:20 bar showing a flip to increasing red. Sorry no chart, but thought I'd share.
