For purposes of clarification ezzy, many years ago Jack mentioned that if one was to use to a VMA, the 6 period variety was in his estimation the best. I have mentioned it once before, some months back as being of utility as a 'poor man's' pacing seam. With typical negative hyperbole, le petit homme, regurgitated the prior fact. It's kind of like listening to McCain talk about economics.
