I posted a chart snip highlighting one area of a chart. You wanted to discuss another area of the same chart - an area not posted. You see something begin. You do not see the something end.

I explain a difference exists between how you and I monitor.

I said that from what I can visibly piece together I'm ASSUMING there's a traverse there and presented MY CHART with the area in question....at which point you could have ended it by saying 1.there is no traverse there or the alternative 2.saying there is a traverse there but you're wrong....here's why.

But you went with 3. and gave the vague answer.... I doubt I monitor on the same fractal as you which then leads to the next question in the progression which is....

Oh I apologize are you not monitoring using just 5 min ES and on the traverse level. Do you you use the YM too in your posted charts? because I'm attempting to annotate on the 5 min traverse level with just the ES.

You could have said 1. Yes I am monitoring on a different fractal and it doesnt apply to you so ignore the chart OR 2. No I am monitoring on that fractal..and to answer your first question two posts ago, this IS or ISNT a traverse because......

Wrong I ASKED you if it ended at that place. Hence the last two sentences of the original post that read Obviously my thought pattern WAS WRONG and then the WHY with two question marks after it. So you knew exactly the question I was asking.

"George Washington" That is an ANSWER.

"I doubt I monitor on the same fractal as you" is a REPLY. It provides me minimal to no information whatsoever to the question/scenario presented.

It was complete sidestepping of the question and when it got to post 8 of the original question I felt so completely uneducated and off topic I felt it time to point out to you that this could end immediately....its up to you.

Also, you completely fabricate emotions through typed words. My first two posts were completely inquisitive and nothing more. I was looking for some knowledge there(if you cant see that then its not an MP its a YP as they say) Maybe I'll parentheses the emotion I'm feeling at the time.. next to all my verbs or something so you don't get defensive or get the wrong idea early on.

So yet another question slowly dissolves into nothingness and another answer remains undiscovered and buried in several posts of pure nonsense..a pattern becoming too common.

As I understand it, a lateral (formation or movement) exists until price breaks out. There has never been a requirement for p1, 2, and 3 or tapes inside a lateral. Hence the absence of annotations inside a lateral traverse. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.

Thanks, dkm. That must be my fault. I applied the general definition of a traverse to a specific case.

I think I just had an AHA! on this one... observing 11:20-11:25 ET [intra-bar] (and others in this area) behavior and T/S.

Minority "stirs it up" (price that is) to induce volume required to get over to the right side.

If this is the case, I have yet to 'see' how they are performing this... Although, maybe it has to do with some of the games being played on the DOM (as Jacks speaks about)

EDIT: This is a personal working theory at this time. Trying to assemble a puzzle. :)

So while the market may not be able to tell you what Spydertrader's definition is for you, it will certainly tell you what you need to know. Unfortunately, you've chosen to burn a bridge to a resource who would have helped you, had you remained civil and chosen not to demand anything.
