This also depends how the channel is broken. Expect to fan if it is broken on decreasing volume.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to annotate during market hours monday and tuesday. Hence I did not post any charts for those days.

ES Daily Chart June 11/2008


Daily ES bar made a LL and a LH on increasing dominant volume.

Also today decreasing price formed a volatility expansion of the down channel.

Total range today = 28.5 points

Close of daily bar = 3% of the range today.
