Clearly there are some 'artistic constraints' [software limitations and user sloppiness] but we'll ignore those and for the purposes of discussion presume that the software is non-limiting and the user is a meticulous graphics designer.
The reason I believe this is so is that when you push through the LTL to creat a VE, the expansion is not infrequently less than a tick.
