I think your soc isn't correct.
If you start from the even harmonic, you could draw a lateral (starting from point 2 from the pink down channel).
This implies you cannot have a soc on the bar you marked non dom soc. You'd need at least 2 closes outside the lateral.
This also means that the actual soc appears when price breaks out of the FBP.
Unless an even harmonic cannot be extended into a lateral.

I agree with your assessment if I believed the area you noted (14:55 to 15:10) to be a lateral, but it looks like opposing tapes to me. (Take that assessment for what its worth
)Also, since I think we are in a Non Dom traverse at this point, virtually any SOC is an actionable SOC. Therefore the Jakari Window at 15:20 alerts me to change but the actual COD occurs at 15:45.
That's my pretzel logic.
