Italien transaction tax on Nasdaq listed stock

I have paid Italian transaction tax on STVN listed on Nasdaq.

I thought the transaction tax would only apply to Italian stocks listed in Italy. Maybe ADRs.

But an Italian stock listed only on a US exchange?
 
Can you block it on IB?

I can block Italian and French stocks trading locally for sure. But I cannot block Italian stocks trading on US exchanges or can I?
