If you want it - you have to bring it. Noobs starting out with small accts and big egos/wild expectations like yourself wanting to turn $30k into $1M fast will be at the mercy of the same caliber noobs or the many fakers that just talk a big game.
When you trade long enough you tend to get to know traders, in real life,that are in about the same leauge as yourself.
