I see you're a little jealous that he's likely to get a JPM or GS interview in the very near future.

What really pisses me off is this whole "meeting-minutes being released weeks after the meeting" BS.
So the minutes, which represent the discussions had on Dec 14th, reflect the true thoughts and direction of the FOMC at that time. Yet how comes the next day, in their statement, and during Powell's reading of that statement, were these exact thoughts not expressed?
Why don't they just release the minutes on that Wednesday? Clearly they held back on saying what they really thought last month, thus today's surprise and shock reaction in the market.
Biden could be the next Clinton by investing in automation technology in robotics and AI to take the economy and America to the next level but no he wants to go backwards to the 1950s and invest in infrastructures. A country's leader's lack of vision and intelligence is not the Fed's fault but the market will digest and adapt.
Yeah, I mean if people are this excited over relatively small amount of selling... they likely haven't seen anything yet. Of course no one can predict the future 100% and I wouldn't claim to, however I do believe in probabilities and technically we have a pretty strong probability of moving quite a bit lower in the next 1-2
weeks.
We've seen this movie play out numerous times before on really flimsy pretenses and yet here we are with some people losing their shit over a 2% move in US indexes. I see WTI over $77 and SPX at 3700 it doesn't scream big weakness to me.
Richard SterbanI see Yellen, Greenspan and Bernanke there. Who's the last one?
