It appears you have had a different experience regarding meeting people who came into riches quickly. The people I met, during the dotcom mania, for example, were quite responsible, which I attribute to good parents, and a good education.

I explained my educational background, because you labeled me as a person with a low IQ, and my relative a "retard". Ironically, my IQ was measured for acceptance into the Gifted Program. I simply pointed out you were wrong.

I mentioned the bankers, and the restaurant, because the restaurant was inside the bank, and NOT open to the public. There were no drugs, other. I have been to best restaurants in the world on my own tab; fine dining is actually one of my favorite hobbies.
