It's not important whether you like the peace treaty. What's important is that Egypt signed it, got the entire Sinai back and if they want to be taken seriously, all their future governments must abide by the treaties signed by their predecessors. If they do decide to dissolve the peace treaty the status of the Sinai becomes immediately in question, they will be responsible for potential future wars and no new peace treaty (or any other agreement) with them will ever be possible as they will demonstrate that their word and their signature are not worth the paper they are written on.
