Nuking Hiroshima did solve a lot of problems but what I am suggesting is actually orders of magnitude more humane - a long enough warning time to let the residents get the hell out of there so that no one gets hurt (alternatively they could use the time to recognize Israel's right to exist, cease all terrorist activities and stop enriching uranium).
What Israel is doing is not winnng the favor of the Muslim population....
What the US is doing by giving Israel a green light is also not winning the favor of the Muslim population....
