Israeli bill seeks to outlaw denial of Jewish state

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel's parliament gave initial approval on Wednesday to a bill that would make it a crime to publicly deny Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state, punishable by a sentence of up to a year in prison.

The measure was the latest of several introduced in the past week by right-wing lawmakers and denounced by critics as an assault on free speech, particularly for Israeli Arab citizens, most of whom are of Palestinian origin.

It would outlaw the publication of any "call to negate Israel's existence as a Jewish and democratic state, where the content of such publication would have a reasonable possibility of causing an act of hatred, disdain or disloyalty" to Israel.
 
Good. In a time of war Israel has every right to deal harshly with its citizens who openly support the agenda of Israel's sworn enemies. In fact Israel is about 60 years too late to deal with its fifth column. I guess better late than never. The Israeli Arabs should feel free to renounce Israeli citizenship, get off the Israeli welfare rolls, move to any muslim (or non-muslim) country of their choice and from there deny Israel's right to exist all they want.

So asserting ones identity as in the case of the 1.5 million “Gentiles” who have been living on that land for thousands of years is now a crime and supporting Israel's sworn enemy?

But wait! Your Nazi state did not stop there. You also enacted a law making it illegal to commemorate the Nakbah (Catastrophe)?

Is commemorating Al nakbah, which was caused by your state, aiding your sworn enemy?

I love how you are gradually turning into a Nazi state. All what is left is your army wearing "Brown Shirts". Oh wait, they already do!

Don't even try to hide behind the word "Gentile", we are talking about Israel-hating ARABS who live in Israel, enjoy the highest by far standard of living in the region, many of them don't work, use Israel's generous welfare system and other social programs and yet hate Israel just as much as Hamas, Hezbollah, Ahmadinejad or Quaddhafi do.

And they are not asserting their identity, they are denying the right of their own state to exist which any reasonable state on the planet would consider a treason in a time of war. The proposed one year prison term is a slap on the wrists under the circumstances. Go to Ramallah and deny the Palestnian state's right to exist. Don't bother reporting back to us, we'll read about your horrible death in newspapers.

Don't even think about going there, dealing with internal enemies in a time of war is not Nazism. And you know full well what Nazism really is as it was arab tribes who became Hitler's best allies in the middle east and the complete elimination of jews is still your goal, just as it was Hitler's goal.

In a Nazi state you would already be burning in gas chambers instead of demonstrating in support of Hamas and Hezbollah. And it's obvious to everybody that the jews would be burning in gas chambers once again if Islamonazis ever defeated Israel or got their wish of the one-state solution. It's arab islamonazis, not the Israelis who are currently in bed with Neo-Nazis, KKK white supremacists etc united by their hatred of Israel and the Jews.
 
Do ya still support these guys? Is it a "decmoracy"?

Just a paceful tribe who wishes to spread freedom and leave in peace?
