Does anyone know anything about setting up a computer in Israel. Do I buy a computer and monitors in the US and ship there or can I get away with buying stuff in Israel? I only have tax concessions for one monitor. Is the cost of monitors somewhat reasonable or must I buy them here and pay the import tax? I'l need two or three monitors. I'm looking at flat panels.
