I don't know about the exact numbers associated with Hamas officials outlined above (in regards to the source of the information).
However Hamas is rife with graft and corruption. A huge portion of the aid provided to Gaza by the EU and UN is stolen by Hamas leaders who live in luxury -- while the residents of Gaza live in poverty.
There are no audits or controls over the money given to Hamas to support the residents of Gaza. Expecting Hamas to provide oversight and controls over Hamas spending is ludicrous. So naturally a good portion of the funds land up in the personal pockets of terrorist leaders.
Yes, of course, both sides are behaving as terrorists would. When you affiliate yourself with a criminal movement or someone with a criminal mind you may eventually have to pay for your mistake. Examples: Trump -- and all those who did his bidding. Natanyahu -- and all those who do his bidding, including Biden. And Ismail Abdel Salam Ahmed Haniyeh and all those who do his bidding.
The unfortunate reality is that even whose intentions are pure and good are often caught up in the crimes that criminals like Trump, Netanyahu and Haniyeh originate, because the ensnaring of others is inherent to the nature of these sociopaths.
