The Holocaust was a terrible thing, yes and Israel built up alot of support and goodwill. But its been squandered by the recent behaviour. In fact, world sentiment is now gone the other way and whatever was earned H'caust-wise is now spent and swung into the -ve column.
Innocent civilians, bla, bla .... Israel is the stronger of the 2 countries and should have handled it better. Take it down to an individual level to understand it better - a wife, in a fit of rage, starts hammering her husband. Heck, she even comes at him with a knife. If he were Israeli he woud beat the shit out of her, then torture her and tear down her parent's home and business and cut off their water supply and electricity etc. - i.e. send them to the gutter.
The right course of action is to restrain her even if you had to take several blows in the process - but don't beat her. And when she is restrained, .... dialogue

I was talking about INNOCENT civilians, moron... it's interesting that you didn't automatically make that distinction. Obviously if some terrorist scum (like one of your heroes) is firing rockets or wearing an explosive vest that's different. Palestinians target INNNOCENT civilians. Israelis don't.
