They'll give you the best prices available on all market centers. It'll replace the "smart swipe" order from Anvil. The biggest difference is that the NYSE market orders, which sweep the open book, will be used less, because people will use ISO orders to sweep the NYSE, ARCA, ISLD, BATS, and EDGX books simultaneously.

works same as a swipe. On monday the reg nms went through so you should have seen what the change is. In a big move up/down i see as the only factor(can't sell/pay through anymore)
