How were the French able to identify the assailants so quickly? Uh...one of them left their id in the get-away-car:

PARIS—Investigators chasing the two brothers who allegedly attacked satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo, killing 12, found an improbable clue in their abandoned getaway car: a national identity card, according to French officials.

The document carried the name of 34-year-old Said Kouachi, a man with no police record, the officials said. But, following the trails, investigators dug out court files of his brother, Chérif Kouachi, 32, who was sentenced to an 18-month prison term in 2008 for being part of a terror group, according to Paris prosecutors.

The police officer shot in the head was a Muslim. His name was Ahmed Merabet. Before the final shot to the head he told his assassin that he was a Muslim. Guess that didn't matter.
First responders showing up on bicycles, unarmed and wanting to discuss peaceful alternatives will be seen as easy prey for Islamic Extremists, a redundant term if there ever was one.
I know people want to remain neutral in this war. Sorry, the enemy isn't giving you that option. This is a fight to the death. Pick a side and fight. You'll need more than a bicycle and a baton.

I question if this identity card is simply mis-direction that was deliberately planted in the car, and the attack was actually carried out by others who are not the Kouachi brothers.
The Kouachi brothers may be out of France or dead even before the attack occurred... and the card taken and used to mis-direct the investigation. Even CNN is having commentary on this (9:12am EST) today.

I expect we will learn the truth over the next few days.

Protesters in some U.S. cities — repeating the viral online slogan "Je Suis Charlie" or "I Am Charlie"— demonstrated against the deadly terror attack on a Paris newspaper office, joining thousands around the world who took to the streets to rally against the killings.

At a gathering in Place de la Republique in eastern Paris near the site of Wednesday's noontime attack, many waved papers, pencils and pens. Journalists led the march but most in the crowd weren't from the media world, expressing solidarity and support of freedom of speech.

Other demonstrations, including some silent vigils, took place in some U.S. cities, at London's Trafalgar Square, in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, in Madrid, Brussels, Nice and elsewhere.

"No matter what a journalist or magazine has to say, even if it is not what the majority of people think, they still have the right to say it without feeling in danger, which is the case today," said Alice Blanc, a London student who is originally from Paris and was among those in the London crowd, estimated in the hundreds.

Online, the declaration "Je Suis Charlie" replaced profile pictures on Facebook while Twitter users showed themselves with the slogan on signs with words of support for the 12 victims who were killed at Charlie Hebdo, a weekly newspaper that had caricatured the Prophet Muhammad.

The "Je Suis Charlie" slogan grew into a trending hashtag on Twitter and spread to Instagram, along with an image of a machine gun with the words "Ceci n'est pas une religion," or "This is not a religion."

One user on Instagram sent out a simple black-and-white drawing of the Eiffel Tower with the message: "Pray for Paris." Another wrote: "Islam is a beautiful religion. This is not what we see on TV. Terrorists are not real Muslims. #IamCharlie."

The protests extended to some American cities.

In San Francisco, hundreds of people held pens, tiny French flags and signs that read "I am Charlie" up in the air outside the French Consulate in the financial district. A handful of the participants lit candles that spell out "Je Suis Charlie," while others placed pens and pencils and bouquets of white carnations and red roses by the consulate's door.

FRENCH Police Officer called AHMED.

Some traitors of our nation have been calling/hoping/dreaming of a civil war for our country. In this aim using any person - including and specifically Muslim people in this aim. They do not know who they are dealing with : French people will NEVER let ourselves be divided, nor manipulated by those who are dreaming to see our country down on its knees.

We'll catch :

* the trainers
* the financiers
* Those who profiteer from the crime
* the manipulators behind this

This type of attack was a professional job for people who have elite military training of at least FIVE years!!!!
2008 : these two were still into doing some rap music.
where did they get the five years full-time military training to do such a professional job
onsite, but be so incomptent to leave so easy clues to be caught.

Supporting the concept of mis-direction. According to media reports, the wanted 18 year old who turned himself in was in class at the time of the attack. At least half a dozen fellow students have come forward saying he was in class. It appears that the French police simply have the ID of the third (if there was a third - videos only show two) terrorist wrong - they may have been mis-directed.

Don't forget we need to open a dialog. Feel their pain. Understand how we have wronged them and make amends, like turning Europe over to Sharia.
