This is why a 2 state solution will never work. One side is not interested in peace.
One side definitely is interested in peace, but only on condition they get all Palestinian land. This is why a 2 state solution will never work. One side is not interested in peace.

The fact that for decades they have lost land to the Israelis instead of gaining any, the bulldozing of their homes, their mosques, their schools, hospitals, shooting of their women, teenagers and children, and the seizure of their land and crops by both soldiers and Israeli citizens eager for a free house and farm, means in reality it does not matter what their "official" position is, the genocide—that's the actual reality—is the only thing that matters to living people today. That's is Hamas' official position -- the complete wiping out of Israel and the taking of all the land for Palestinians. Thanks for confirming this.
This certainly is the Harvard View.-----Here's the issue----it's False AF.The fact that for decades they have lost land to the Israelis instead of gaining any, the bulldozing of their homes, their mosques, their schools, hospitals, shooting of their women, teenagers and children, and the seizure of their land and crops by both soldiers and Israeli citizens eager for a free house and farm, means in reality it does not matter what their "official" position is, the genocide—that's the actual reality—is the only thing that matters to living people today.

let's be honest, you think the squad is Hamas, so what chance do Palestinians have?Yes.. .thanks for confirming that Hamas supports the genocide of all the Israelis as their official position.
I have addressed in posts on the other thread the two step process for moving forward towards peace in the region. The first step is eliminating the terrorists especially Hamas in Gaza. The second step requires a more moderate Israeli government (not the right-wing Netanyahu government) to negotiate a future in good faith. Sadly I don't see this second step happening -- which just leads to a continually cycle of violence.
Yes Hamas indeed is the very representation of Palestinian terrorism towards Israel. But it's just one of the Palestinian terrorists groups; there is also Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and others. All supported from Iran.
It's time you recognized the difference between terrorists and a democratic government defending their citizens against terrorists. "Supporting Palestine" is just coded language for supporting violent terrorists.
