I thought Obama has said we are not a Christian nation? All religions are equal in the USA?

As far as gun control, assault rifles should be banned but not hand guns. Gun control as long as it's not to the point where no one can get one for self defense.

Do you have evidence the "Christian West" has killed "hundreds of thousands of Muslim children and women"? That sounds insane. You can't blame the West for Muslims blowing each other up. They are doing that to themselves. They all hate each other and therefore hate everyone else also.

That is actually the case.
However, looking to these things from other perspectives, one has to wonder what is actually happening / has actually happened among Muslims, or what are Muslims doing to get these type of disasters. This is something I am trying to crack, but not easy for those who can not really understand a Muslim perspective as not sharing the Muslim beliefs myself.

WASHINGTON — A study released earlier this year revealed the shocking death toll of the United States’s “War on Terror” since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, but the true body count could be even higher.

Published in March by Physicians for Social Responsibility, the study, conducted by a team that included some Nobel Prize winners, determined that at least 1.3 million people have died as a result of war since Sept.11, 2001, but the real figure might be as high as two million. The study was an attempt to “close the gaps” in existing research, including studies like the Iraq Body Count,” which puts the number of violent deaths in that country at about 219,000 since 2003, based on media reports of the time period.

Investigative journalist Nafeez Ahmed, writing in April for Middle East Eye, explained some of the ways the previous figures fell short, according to the physicians’ research:

You're partly right. One of a good muslim's highest duties under the koran is to retake lands once controlled by islamists but lost. Israel is a constant burr under their saddle for that reason.

For the same reason, we should do everything within our power to protect Israel.
 
How come there aren't more muslims in the diving competition in Rio? I heard em say last night that it's graded mainly on execution and muslims are supposedly experts on execution.
