If your Shiite, I think its automatic execution.
My point was the Coptic Christians were executed solely on their beliefs. This new round of hostage taking is based on religious differences, mainly if you're not in line with ISIS, pay up, denounce or we take your head.....

ISIS imposes its barbarity on all other religious sects; Christians, Yazidis, Turkmen, Shiities, Jews, and others. Any follower of a religion that is not aligned with ISIS is targeted.

So Coptic Christians were executed solely on their beliefs....and it is the same for other religious groups being murdered by ISIS, solely on their beliefs. It is not something being done specifically or particularly to Christians.

Any militant organization which is intolerant of all other religions and executes their followers --- needs to be completely eradicated using military force.

Right. So the Christian element to all this is really of no special or unique significance.

Yes, that is the point. Then why does the President ignore the obvious? These 21 were not executed because they were Egyptian "Citizens" they were executed because they were Christians.
They are murdering anyone, of all religions, including Muslims, because of their religions. It is not therefore particularly apposite to point out they are murdering Christians, as if it is in some way special or different.
