I'd like to see some evidence supporting the thought that they make most of their weapons at home. I'm not sure I can swallow that. Without the ability to produce gasoline, it doesn't matter how self-sufficient they become.

Tanks don't move without fuel. Planes don't fly either.

Here is an article from 2 years ago saying Iran is increasing its refining capacity, and although current refining is less than ideal, it is manageable:

Sorry, but your sources are not neutral nor regarded as official (ie, United Nations, etc). I cannot accept "Iranmania" as an official source. Furthermore, I cannot yield them the "Refining capacity is manageable" point merely because they say so with no real statistics.

However, based on your quoted sources, you have led credibility to the theory that you are doing your best to spread positive propaganda regarding Iran.

Irandefense.net is a hilariously slanted webpage. I mean, couldn't you guys afford something better than PhP interface? I like to get my defense statistics from globalsecurity.org.
